This incredibly hardwearing floor features a PU coating, which helps to protect your floor and provide a long-lasting hygienic finish. The waterproof tile's R10 slip-resistance rating means you can have this floor installed in rooms where spillages may occur, such as kitchens and bathrooms. If you have rooms with underfloor heating, Karndean's Palio Gluedown is fully compatible, as long as the temperature does not go beyond 27 degrees Celsius.
Karndean's Palio Gluedown will need to be installed by a specialist fitter, but it does not require an expansion gap and can be installed directly against walls and skirting boards.
