This Ideal Commercial Boilers header kit is designed for modular (cascade) boiler configurations, accommodating one PHEX & LLH boiler to deliver an increased output of up to 900kW in a flexible manner. It is available with an output range of 30-150kW configured in a low-height, inline setup. What's more, these kits efficiently minimise operational delays and interruptions while simultaneously enhancing efficiency over an extended period.
The kit includes pre-insulated flow and return headers, along with mixing and gas headers, all equipped with secure fixing brackets. To streamline the installation process, flexible stainless steel pipes and connections are provided, in addition to pressure relief valves, boiler shut-off valves, and a drain cock. ErP modulating shunt pumps are also included as part of the package.
