This copper female iron adapter uses a simple pressing system that is adaptable to a variety of applications. These fittings are quick and reliable to process without the need for soldering which eliminates the risk of hot works.
This female iron is sealed with a black seal ring made from Chlorobutyl Rubber (CIIR) which can be used with hot and cold potable water, heating water and cooling water. This Geberit copper fitting can be combined with other Gerberit Supply Systems and is made from a Cu-DHP alloy (phosphorus-deoxidised copper). It contains a white pressing indicator to test if the fitting is pressed correctly and a protection plug that prevents the fittings from becoming dirty. This copper fitting comes in a range of sizes from 15mm x 3/8" up to 54mm x 2" with the dimensions printed on the pressing indicator.
