These Multiline Cascade Kits from Ideal Commercial Boilers are designed to streamline the installation process for up to six Evomax 2 boilers in a cascade configuration, with a combined capacity of up to 600kW. These kits are available in both starter and extension packs, providing a convenient solution for connecting Evomax 2 boilers that are installed as part of an open flue system through a common flue header. This simplifies the overall system design and installation process by establishing a single point of connection for the flue.
In order to ensure the safe operation of the system, non-return valves are integrated to prevent the backflow of combustion byproducts through any individual boiler that is not currently firing. Additionally, any condensate generated within the flue is efficiently channelled through the central trough of the header duct and exits the system via a siphon, further contributing to the system's reliability and safety.
