This header kit from Ideal Commercial Boilers is ideal for modular (cascade) boiler setups, accommodating up to two PHEX & LLH boilers. It's available with an output range of 30-150kW (DN80 size) arranged in an inline configuration. These kits allow users to choose the most suitable spatial arrangement to precisely match heat output requirements in commercial environments. Moreover, they effectively minimise operational delays and disruptions while simultaneously enhancing efficiency over an extended timeframe.
Included in the kit are pre-insulated flow and return headers, complete with mixing and gas headers, all equipped with secure fixing brackets. To facilitate a seamless installation process, flexible stainless steel pipes and connections are provided, along with pressure relief valves, boiler shut-off valves, and a drain cock. ErP modulating shunt pumps are also included as part of the package.
