This PS500 brass chrome-plated ball valve, from Pegler Yorkshire, is suitable for water only and is WRAS approved. Supplied with a full bore level and Xpress ends for carbon steel/stainless-steel/copper tube, this ball valve is available in a range of sizes.
The 1/4 inch to 2 inch body and end piece of the ball valve are made from chrome-plated, forged brass while the 2 1/2 inch to 4 inch body, end piece and ball of the valve are manufactured from chrome-plated, gravity die cast brass. The 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch ball of the valve is made from a chrome-plated, brass bar while the 3/4 inch to 2 inch ball of the valve is chrome-plated, forged brass.
Featuring a brass (EL) washer, external stem and sleeve, this ball valve also includes a steel (EL) fixing screw, EPDM end connection 'O' ring, nickel plated brass security screws, aluminium painted tee handle, zinc plated steel self-locking nut, high-temperature PVC insulated zinc plated steel lever handle, Viton stem 'O' ring, PTFE (Teflon) thrust washer and seats and brass bar stem.
